Daily intake of the Word nourishes the Spirit. Jeremiah's Menu is an exercise in recognizing God's Word made flesh in and around me. Eating the Word in a way that supplies the spiritual nutrients needed to grow. The Menu is offered with the hope of inspiring you to taste and see that the Lord is good. Bon Appetite!

sometimes... it's just a battle...

Sometimes... it's just a battle...
to teach...
lead...
surrender to Him...

I experienced one this morning...
a spiritual battle...
leaving me feeling inadequate...
and physically drained...

I couldn't pinpoint anything different...
than any other time of preparation...
couldn't see any reason... for feeling what I felt...
sometimes... it's just a battle...

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood,
but against the rulers, against the authorities,
against the cosmic powers over this present darkness,
against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
Ephesians 6:12 ESV
