Daily intake of the Word nourishes the Spirit. Jeremiah's Menu is an exercise in recognizing God's Word made flesh in and around me. Eating the Word in a way that supplies the spiritual nutrients needed to grow. The Menu is offered with the hope of inspiring you to taste and see that the Lord is good. Bon Appetite!

blessed by beauty

Retreating to the garden... sunlight fading...
Seeking words to end the day...
Eyes opened... to beauty all around...




Not only for the eye...
A cool chill... on the face...
Birds sing an evening song... and flutter wings...



And I wonder at the beauty...
evidence... of His divine nature...

His power... goodness... far outweigh the brokenness of the Fall...
The one who only steals... kills... destroys... 
can't overcome... the abundance of  Life...

Beauty... that overcame... crucifixion... death... on... a... cross...

Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
