being light... seeing light...

Again Jesus spoke to them saying, "I am the light of  the world.

Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

John 8:12 ESV

Jesus is the light of the world...

He is the only true Light...

and those who believe...

receive His light...

However... we can choose not to follow...

we can choose to walk in darkness...

So being light...

often puts us in the position...

of exposing darkness...

in the life of other Believers...

Sometimes it's received...

with conviction...

and joy...

Sometimes it's blocked...

by a wall of pride... denial... 

justification... or blame...

We can be a conduit for His Light...

through obedience to the Holy Spirit...

and by walking in His light of life...

as an example to those around us...

Sometimes we need someone to be light for us...

seeing light in others...

having others reveal darkness within us...

Light... true Light...

only comes from Him...

Seeing light changes us...

lightens our spirits...

I saw some today in a loved one...

and let me tell you...

there is great joy...

in seeing another...

receive light...

to see another's spirit... 

simply light up... with His truth...

Send out your light and your truth...
