Daily intake of the Word nourishes the Spirit. Jeremiah's Menu is an exercise in recognizing God's Word made flesh in and around me. Eating the Word in a way that supplies the spiritual nutrients needed to grow. The Menu is offered with the hope of inspiring you to taste and see that the Lord is good. Bon Appetite!

a prayer... for facing the challenge of the day...

The challenge to stay grounded in grace... moves from one day... to... the... next...

A prayer... for the day... and throughout... each day... to help stay grounded...

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
Psalm 19:14 ESV

Lord... guard my mouth... keep rash words from being spewed...

Lord... guard my heart... keep my mind... will... and emotions... in line with You and Your truth...

Lord... let me... my thoughts... words... and actions... be pleasing to You...

Lord... let my life... today... be a witness of Your grace... and evidence that You are... my Rock... my Redeemer...

Lord... let it be so... Amen...
