disappointing... and untried...
I've been most surprised...
by peace...
A soft peace...
a quiet peace...
in my heart...
Recent experiences...
if they had occurred in the not so distant past...
would have stirred up... heart... and mind...
But this peace...
it's surprising...
and... I believe...
reveals a growing trust in Him...
Surprising...
This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says:
"In repentance and rest is your salvation,
in quietness and trust is your strength..."
Isaiah 30:15
